Upon your
decision to use BlueLaVaMedia Virtual Tour Service,
we will schedule with you or your homeowner a
convenient time to photograph the home. Scheduling
is dependent on various factors; the weather,
homeowner schedule and Realtor schedule (we strive
for tours to be photographed within 72 hours of
being ordered, but it is not always possible due to
the afore mentioned factors). Please also know that
our photographers normally do NOT work on Sundays,
so we do NOT include Sunday in a 72 hour time
window. Once a tour has been scheduled, a
photographer will be dispatched to the desired tour
location.
He/She will:
Arrive at scheduled time
Evaluate lighting & room locations
Shoot the still photographs
Shoot the Spins
He/She will NOT:
Move furniture
Clean or dust
Move garbage
Pick up/move clutter (toys, dirty dishes, dog toys,
etc.)
The home must
be in the condition you and/or the homeowner wants
it photographed in. The photographer has another
appointment after yours and does not have the time
to complete the above mentioned tasks.
Once the
photographer returns at the end of the day, your
photographs and spins will be turned over to a
certified builder.
He/She will:
“Stitch” the photos
Create the Tour
Upload the Tour
Link the Tour to the appropriate websites
Have your completed tour online within 72 hours
