1 - Floor Plans - Measurements Only:
Order our Floor Plans – Measurements Only package if you want us to measure the home's interior and provide you with PDF, and .jpg images that show accurate room dimensions and total square footage. You may upload the images to the MLS or distribute the PDF via print or email.
2 - Floor Plans - Measurements & Interactive Floor Plan:
Choose our Measurements & Interactive Floor Plan product to differentiate your media production by providing users with a "Click & Visit" style presentation. Our Interactive Floor Plans allow potential home buyers to easily visualize the property's layout while clicking on the floor plan to move from room to room.

In addition, you will also receive PDF and .jpg images that show accurate room dimensions and total square footage. You may upload the images to the MLS or distribute the PDF via print or email.
Our floor plan products are created by taking digital LIDAR measurements during your interior photography session. This data is then used to generate your floor plan, PDFs, and .jpg images, which we deliver to you with your photographs. As shown in the above example, your finished floor plans are made transparent and woven elegantly into your production to create an interactive floor plan experience that allows home shoppers to click on camera icons to move from room to room.
